Detailed technical drafting focusing on the assembly of the internal LED housing and the precision fit of the vacuum-formed shell.
The first vacuum-forming mold was 3D-printed — it deformed under heat mid-pull. Pivoted to a plaster cast mold for a repeatable, heat-tolerant pull, alongside aluminum bending, wood tablet shaping, and final assembly.
